The perfect Iowa musical, Meredith Willson's The Music Man will be directed by Kent Lewis! This broadway hit took 5 Tony awards, including Best Musical. Hill always times his get-away just right, except this time he gets romantically snared by the lovely local librarian. Auditions are set for July 29, 30 and 31 at 7PM @ The Workshop. Final Show of the Season! |
|
We round out the season on the light side with the farce An Evening of Culture. Bobbie Hillard lends her comedic expertise as the director of this play about a small-town production of Shakespeare's Romeo and Juliet. As expected, the characters come with their own set of quirks as they are shoe-horned into roles they are but marginally suited for. Opening night is April 24th and the show runs through the 3rd of May. Don't miss it! |
